Thomas exhibited a friendly concerned attitude when entering. He worked steadily and capably on the inside unit as well as the outside. He improved the coolness by locating and fixing a leak. The house was much cooler afterwards. We would definitely want Thomas back for the next checkup. ckup.
My water heater had started making a strange noise, although it was still working. Thomas was able to come out the same day I called, and drained the water for me (which was long overdue).

cleaned the aerators and additional screens inside to kitchen faucet handle and I was able to restore full flow for customer, faucet is in good shape and working properly now.
Oem piston from daiken sent was 072 and the one I removed is 059. I replace the outdoor piston as well as the liquid line filter located inside the condenser while flowing nitrogen after recovering all of the refrigerant charge. I pressure tested and leak checked and then evacuated system below 500 µm and recharged with 115 ounces of new r410a. Compressor amps 8.8. Pressures 112/320 SC 6. Outdoor ambient 68. System is back online heating properly now.

I found System locked out on high pressure. I set defrost timer to run longer between cycles and increased heating fan speed to high. Liquid line pressure is getting a little high at about 515. Temp rise is high 80/120. Static pressure is low at total .25 and amp draw of the blower motor is low at 1 Amp. I suspect we need to replace the blower motor, Office will follow up
Upon arrival contractor on site reported condenser never shuts off, I did notice condenser running and no low-voltage outside, Thermostat was set for 58 and inside the wine room was 55° I had to do a lot of digging around and opening multiple wall hatches and located low voltage and spot for 10 minute delay to be installed, i installed the 10 minute delay And then cycled thermostat lower

Core sense locked system out on pressure switch cycles, Outdoor piston metering device is restricted and needs replaced. It is causing low pressure switch to open. Pressures in heating 54/254 SC 15. I cycled in cooling to make sure refrigerant pressures are ok, 110/216 SH 20, SC 8.

Completed water heater flush and safety inspection on 50 gallon electric water heater in the garage pedestal, flushed down the tank completely and mixed in some cold water to flush again, refilled and everything is back up and heating out.
