Restores my faith in the younger generation! Was polite, seemed very knowledgeable & competent and was very thorough. I've had a few companies out to check my A/C and all said that there wasn't a problem and the noise was 'normal'. When the vibration noise kept getting worse, I called Hobaica as I had heard good things about this company. Problem was found and item could be replaced but would cost more than the system was worth. I set up another appt to get an estimate of a new system since the A/C is an older unit.
