He took before and after videos of the two units on the roof and did a great job with the service and repairs needed. I like a Hobaica!
Binh, the very helpful Hobaica Tech, arrived at our house on time, well informed and quickly resolved our AC and electrical issues. I was beyond impressed with technician Binh Tran, during our service call today. He was very knowledgeable, patient and professional as he explained the issues that needed repair and provided detailed description of our options to ensure value and longevity of our AC unit. I was very pleased with his efficiency and top tier workmanship.

HVAC Repair: A homeowner was troubled by loud, unusual noises coming from their HVAC system. During my inspection, I identified a worn-out blower belt causing the disturbance. I replaced the belt and tested the system, confirming it was running quietly and efficiently. I also discussed maintenance tips to prolong the system’s lifespan.

Air Conditioning Maintenance Service. Our skilled technicians performed a comprehensive air conditioning maintenance service to ensure optimal performance and efficiency. We cleaned the condenser coils, checked refrigerant levels, lubricated moving parts, and tightened electrical connections. Additionally, we replaced the air filters and calibrated the thermostat for accurate temperature control. With our thorough maintenance, the client can enjoy a well-maintained air conditioning system that provides reliable cooling and energy savings during the hot summer months.

HVAC Maintenance Service. I arrived today to perform the client's comprehensive diagnostic, Bi-annual HVAC service
HVAC Repairs. I arrived at the client's home to diagnose the issues they were experiencing with their HVAC system. I discovered the problem to be a damaged contactor on the unit and I skillfully replaced the contactor to restore operation to the client's HVAC system.
Wine cellar Repairs. I arrived at the client's home to look into the issues they were experiencing with their wine cellar. I diagnosed the problem to be with the evaporator coil on the unit. I replaced the malfunctioning coil to restore function to the wine cellar.
HVAC Maintenance Service. I arrived today to perform the client's Bi-annual comprehensive, diagnostic HVAC maintenance service.
