We've been in our house now for almost two years, and in that time we've had big problems and little problems. Not being a DIY type, I quickly found I had to hire outside help with home repairs. That was an unsettling experience, until I found Hobaica. We have purchased a new AC system (big problem) and had both whole house plumbing and electrical inspections (little problems). More than once the tech has found the cause of some of our issues in minutes and fixed what we thought would be big problems in seconds.Their whole approach is to listen to my concerns, inspect the issue at hand, offer me at least three solutions to the issue and then give me a concise estimate of the cost of repairs. Not once have they deviated from the quoted price estimate.When a tech is scheduled I will get a call and a text letting me know they are on the way and a picture so I know who to expect. The entire staff of Hobaica services are great! I can't say enough good about them. Every single one has been friendly, knowledgeable, professional, the list goes on! We are going to use Hobaica services exclusively for our home repairs, and I highly recommend them to any home owner that needs AC/heating/plumbing /electrical services. They are hands down, the best!
