Total Care Club Monthly Memberships with Hobaica Services will AUTOMATICALLY RENEW for successive one month terms unless you choose to cancel or your Total Care Club Membership is terminated by Hobaica Services. Total Care Club Annual Memberships with Hobaica Services will AUTOMATICALLY RENEW for successive one year terms unless you choose to cancel or your Total Care Club Membership is terminated by Hobaica Services. Total Care Club 1-Year Pre-Paid Memberships with Hobaica Services are pre-paid and will not automatically renew, but provide you with an option to renew at the end of the applicable term at the price then in effect.

You are required to notify Hobaica Services immediately of any change in your name, billing address, service address, email address, telephone number, credit card, bank or other account information. Hobaica Services may terminate automatically renewing Monthly Memberships and Annual Memberships after two consecutive months of non-payment.

Discount benefits received prior to the end of the first six months of membership may be subject to charge-back in the event of membership cancellation. Your Total Care Club Membership entitles you to a wide range of attractive benefits, including priority service and discounts. We will attempt to contact you via e-mail, mail or telephone to schedule your free maintenance or you can contact us directly anytime to schedule your appointment. Total Care Club benefits are not for resale and are not redeemable for cash. Any unused portion of your benefits is not refundable.

Information you provide in connection with the Total Care Club Membership program will be used as described in our privacy policy at Hobaica.com/privacy-policy.

Total Care Club Membership Billing

For automatically renewing Monthly Memberships and Annual Memberships, your method of payment on file with Hobaica Services will continue to be charged each month (for Monthly Memberships) or each year (for Annual Memberships) at the rate shown on your Total Care Club Membership Agreement until membership is cancelled.
For automatically renewing Monthly Memberships, the first monthly payment is collected at the time of service. After that, monthly payments will be collected based on the date of commencement shown on your Total Care Club Membership Agreement:
Commencement Dates of 1st – 15th will be billed on the 15th of each month.
Commencement Dates of 16th – 31st will be billed on the 30th of each month.

For automatically renewing Annual Memberships, the first annual payment is collected at the time of service. After that, annual payments will be collected based on the date of commencement shown on your Total Care Club Membership Agreement:
Commencement Dates of 1st – 15th will be billed on the 15th of the month of commencement.
Commencement Dates of 16th – 31st will be billed on the 30th of the month of commencement.
