Heating Precision Tune-Up and Professional Cleaning*

Your Total Care Club Membership includes, at no cost, a thorough Heating Precision Tune-Up and Cleaning, to keep you warm during those chilly winter nights.

A/C Precision Tune-Up and Professional Cleaning*

Your Total Care Club Membership includes, at no cost, a thorough AC Precision Tune-Up and Professional Cleaning of your air conditioning system to keep you cool during those hot summer days.

Whole Home Plumbing Safety Inspection**

Upon request, your Total Care Club Membership includes, at no cost, a thorough Whole Home Plumbing Safety Inspection to inspect for water leaks, ensure drains are flowing properly and to check all gas and venting components. This service also includes a tanked water heater flush.

Whole Home Electrical Inspection

Upon request, your Total Care Club Membership includes, at no cost, a thorough Electrical Safety Inspection to inspect the integrity of electrical wiring, ensure proper grounding and bonding, breaker function with electrical panel, and safety of all outlets and smoke detectors in your home.

Attic/Crawlspace Efficiency and Safety Analysis

Your Total Care Club Membership includes a thorough attic analysis to inspect your insulation levels, ductwork, sewer/water piping, electrical wiring and check all systems for leaks.

24-Hour Repair Response Time***

As a Total Care Club Member, upon request, we guarantee 24-hour repair response time. If we are unable to accommodate your request and repair(s) is needed during the visit, we will cover the cost of the repair up to $500.

Priority Installation

As a Total Care Club Member, upon request, if your A/C, Heating, plumbing or electrical system needs to be replaced, we will provide you with priority service.

Transferable Plan

As a Total Care Club Member, we are here to serve you. If you move, you can transfer your membership to your new home (if in our service area) or you can transfer your payment credits to the new home owner—a nice “extra” to offer prospective buyers!

Diagnostic Charge****

As a Total Care Club Member, the diagnostic fee will waived during normal business hours.

After-Hours Diagnostic Charge

As a Total Care Club Member, the after-hours fee will be reduced by $80. The diagnostic fee will be waived if a repair is completed during the same visit.

Drain Clearing*****

As a Total Care Club Member, the Drain Clearing fee will only be $32.

As a Total Care Club Member, you’re guaranteed 10% off all HVAC, Plumbing and Electrical repairs!

Additional Product Discount

As a Total Care Club Member, you’re guaranteed 5% off all indoor air quality products, water heaters and water filtration systems.

Extended HVAC, Plumbing and Electrical Parts and Labor Warranty******

As a Total Care Club Member, the original warranty on any Hobaica Services HVAC, Plumbing and Electrical repair(s) performed today or while a member is extended for so long as you remain an uninterrupted Total Care Club Member.

100% of Total Care Club Payments Credited*******

As long as you remain an uninterrupted Total Care Club Member, 100% of your membership fees accumulated on a pro rata basis at the time of service may be applied towards the cost of a Hobaica Services i) complete system replacement, ii) a complete system with ductwork or insulation replacement, iii) a partial system with ductwork or insulation replacement, iiii) a whole home repipe or redrain, or iiii) an electrical panel replacement. 50% of your membership fees accumulated on a pro rata basis at the time of service may be applied towards the cost of a Hobaica Services i) ductwork or insulation replacement, or ii) a partial home repipe or redrain.

* If you decide not to take advantage of this benefit, the Precision Tune-up and Professional Cleaning has no monetary value. Limited to 1 Tune-Up and Professional Cleaning per 6-month season. Benefit must be redeemed before the end of each applicable season (summer and winter).

** If you decide not to take advantage of this benefit, the Plumbing Inspection has no monetary value. Limited to 1 Plumbing Inspection per year. Tankless water heaters not included. 20% club member discount offered for a tankless water heater descaling and cleaning.

*** Service charges apply. Sundays and company observed holidays excluded.

**** Benefit applies only to appointments occurring 8am-4pm Monday-Saturday. Appointments scheduled outside of this timeframe will be subject to an additional after-hours diagnostic charge. Company observed holidays excluded.
