I thoroughly inspected the system and discovered the weakness was due to the inadequate levels of refrigerant in the system. I refilled the refrigerant to get the system operating efficiently again before the AZ heat begins.

I had Justin as my service technician today. He explained things in a way I could understand when he serviced my heat pump. The wind has been blowing and I have a tree that the branches were rubbing on the house. Justin went above and beyond and trimmed the branches from the roof top.
